The most popular gsm thickness is between 80gsm to 120gsm
Things to remember when printing letterheads
Make sure your printed letterheads are suitable to use with your own inkjet or laser printing machine - ask the printing firm before going ahead with the print job.
If you have an image that extends to the edge of the letterhead you may need to create a print-ready file which incorporates a bleed area. Before laying out artwork ask the printing firm how much bleed is needed for their letterhead printing.
